Craving for Dhokla ???..........


And.. the dhokla is here......👀






Go........ bring a cup of besan and ¼ cup of semolina, mix well. Add one spoon fresh green chilli paste, one spoon lemon juice, salt to taste and half cup beaten curd with half cup water. Mix all these ingredients properly to get smooth batter. Now add one spoon ENO and mix again. Almost done....... 

Isn’t...it so simple???.....😎

Dude don’t eat it........still its uncooked.......

Pour the batter into greased container and microwave it only for 6 minutes...your delicious Dhokla is ready.....

Before eating this Dhokla.... you guys have to make tempering, which will add the real flavour to this Gujrati snack....


Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, after few seconds add curry leaves and few green chillies(cut into halves) sauté them for few seconds. Add a cup of water and a tablespoon sugar, let it cook for a minute. Pour it over Dhokla properly so that each dhokla get coated. Garnish with chopped coriander and grated coconut............tan tana......... Its ready😋...... enjoy Dhokla....✌☺
