Ingredients:
3 cups pasta
3 tomatoes for puree
1 onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
3 green chillies paste
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic clove
1 tbsp oregano
Salt to taste

Boil the water in a pan, once it is boiled properly now its time to add pasta with salt in the boiling water, let it boil for few minutes, which will help pasta to cook. Now drain the pasta and rinse in the cold water, add a spoon full of oil in rinsed pasta, which won’t make it sticky. Set aside and let it dry for few minutes.

Take some tomatoes and heat it over the direct flame of gas stove, so that the skin of the tomatoes peel off easily. Cut the tomatoes and blend it well to make a puree out of it. Heat the pan with some oil, pour the puree and cook for few minutes to get the desired consistency. Now add finely chopped onions, capsicum, green chilli paste, crushed garlic, salt to taste and oregano. You can add all these ingredients as per your taste. Cook for few minutes and stir well. Add boiled pasta to the sauce properly and cook it for next 30 sec, turn off the gas stove and sprinkle the oregano over the pasta and cover it for 15 secs. Garnish with red chilli pieces, green onion and coriander.

Your simple, easy and delicious pasta is ready to serve 😋😋😋

Enjoy....
