If you have a dream to get a well toned body like given in the picture,then follow these tips given below:



Exercise : 
             Exercise, exercise and exercise as it is very important to stay healthy and will also help to settle down the fats of the different parts of  your body for which you are working out, like chest, butts, thighs, abs etc  and will make it in a better and visible shape.So, start exercise at least five days a week even if you are travelling.


Basic exercises :

  • Push ups 
  • Triceps dips
  • Squats
  • Running


These basic exercises will definitely tone your entire body. Make these exercises the part of your daily life and you will see the change in few weeks.

Prithvi Mudra ( Mudra of Earth ) :

            This hand mudra requires you to touch the tip of the ring finger with the tip of the thumb, while stretching out the other three fingers. It is known to reduce all physical weakness and can be practiced at any time, place or duration. It helps to increase the weight of weak people.

Armenian cucumber ( Kakdi in hindi ) with dates :

            Armenian cucumber ( Kakdi in hindi ) with dates is the perfect combination to put on weight. Consume it twice / thrice in a day.

Soya Chunks :

         Soya chunks have protein content equal to that of the meat and contain no fat. They are very healthy and high in fiber, which is known to benefit cholesterol level. Consume 15 / 20 boiled chunks on daily basis to gain weight.

Potatoes : 

         Potatoes has adequate amount of fiber, which help you feel fuller and consequently less hungry. It also contain carbohydrates which are essential for our body. Eat at least four boiled potatoes for few weeks. It will treat your underweight problem. Add it to your mid morning breakfast.

Banana shake with chiku :

          Add two chikus in your banana shake and drink it after your exercise session. It will give you instant energy and help you to gain weight.

Raisins : 

        Raisins are loaded with sugars and good source of energy. The calcium content of raisins will help to strengthen bones and teeth. Eating 20 - 30 gms of  raisins for few weeks can do wonder for you. 

Honey and curd :

         50 gms honey mixed with 100 gms of curd consume regularly in an empty stomach to get a good health and to increase the weight of very thin people.

Aloevera :

          Four / five table spoon daily in an empty stomach. It can also be taken as a juice 100 ml - 200 ml can be further diluted with water. As it aids in weight gain .

Figs ( Anjeer in hindi ) :

        Take 5 / 6 dry figs and soak it overnight. Have this twice a day. It will also help to gain weight .


Boiled Eggs :

        Eggs are good source of proteins and and proteins are very important to manage weight. It is the only food that contain naturally occurring vitamin D and also help to build muscles and prevent muscle loss.

Dates with milk :

      Boil few dates with a glass of milk and consume it every night before sleeping. It is very healthy for bones, teeth, blood, and for underweight people.

Fruits and Vegetables:

     Eating fruits give excess amount of vitamins and nutrients to your body. Consuming fruits and vegetables on regular basis will help you get glowing skin and also maintain good health.


Avoid junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fried foods and coffees. Replace them with  

healthy choices like fresh juices, shakes and milk.

A high-carbohydrate, high-fat with high-protein diet is recommended. Eat stuff like cheese, pastas, dry fruits, soybean, peanuts, ghee, potatoes, bananas, brown bread with peanut butter, oats with milk and handful of dry fruits.


By following these tips for few weeks you will be able to get a good health with glowing skin. Follow these particular tips which suits your body type.
