She haat  is located on Nahan- Shimla highway at Bag-Pashog, Teh – Pacchad, District Sirmaur . This haat was inaugurated virtually on 17 dec, 2020 by  CM of Himachal Pradesh. This place is built for rural women to provide self employment to them. This is also a platform to popularise traditional food and to promote healthy cuisine and healthy lifestyle.

This place is perfect spot to take a break, where you can enjoy local delicacies of district Sirmaur. Besides of it if you are an handicraft  lover and having an eye for shopping, this place can do wonders to you.

Rural Haat :


This place is located inside the she-haat, where you can shop for handmade products which are made by rural women only, who have been specially trained with skills to become entrepreneurs by District Administration Sirmaur. 

This small haat is adorned with local handicrafts from all over the district where rural women can display and sell their products like Dunna pattal, himachali caps, socks, pen stands ,chapatti box, kurtis, chappals, green tea, jewellery, spices, mats, shampoos, organic fruits and vegetables and much more . Lots of handicrafts is made of pine needles and that’s something unique about this haat.

Restaurant:


Simple, super clean and sophisticated at a same time, where you can order ethnic food of District Sirmaur. Askaliya with urad daal, mithe lushke, sirmauri thali and definitely gud wali chai is something you must try. The best part of this restaurant is they serve pure natural spring water and use jeggary and jeggary powder instead of Sugar.

Sugar is also an option for those who are not fond of jeggary. Their daals are served with lots of pure ghee, which make every dish more scrumptious . Chulha facility is adding more flavour to the dishes here. There are lot more options on the menu and you can order as per your taste.

Guest House:


This beautiful guest house built on the first floor of she haat, consist of two bedrooms and a living room with attached bathrooms. All the rooms are super clean and decorated by pine wood. Open sitting is also an option for you, where you can sit, relax and enjoy mesmerising view of Churdhar. This tiny guest house is surrounded by lush green forest of pine trees. One can book this guest house on nominal price i.e. INR 1500 per night.

25 rural women are managing this enchanting place and these women have been trained from accounts to hospitality, natural farming to fruit cultivation, tailoring to entrepreneurship, online booking to marketing skills and into lot more other professional skills. 

Naturally produced vegetables and fruits are also available to promote healthy lifestyle. Solar grid connectivity, water harvesting, e-vehicle, composting and bio gas facilities have been designed to make our environment clean and healthy.

Acupressure track and indoor air purifying plants are adding more charm to this place.
