Weather:  One can visit here at any month of the year. Winter lovers can visit between Nov – Feb , for summer Mar – june and for rain lovers the best time to visit between July – Aug, visitors can also enjoy foggy weather and greenery all around.

Jamta is a tiny yet beautiful place , where you can visit during your journey to Renukaji. It is 13 kms from Nahan. Where you can explore Jaitak fort on the top of the hill. Which will give the spectacular view of Nahan town. For refreshment this place offers few food joints to eat in. One of them is Moksha café and bar which is recently opened,  Moksha is a place where one can head to at any time of the day. This café has a speciality for Amristsari fish.

                  

Head to this interesting café when hunger strikes. They have an extensive menu covering quite a lot of dishes. There is authentic veg and non-veg dishes available. Other than these ones, one can also enjoy Indian, Chinese, tandoori along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at this café. This family-friendly café has a relaxed atmosphere and nice ambience, from where you can get a mesmerising view of Nahan.

                   

It is great place to hangout with friends where you can spend your evening, eating your favourite food or chatting with your friends. They have an arrangement for both indoor and outdoor seating.

How to reach :- 

Chandigarh Airport is the nearest Airport to Jamta and the best way to reach here is to hire a taxi via Nahan or one can drive down his own vehicle either.
